THE POWER TO INSPIRE THE UNIVERSE

Everyday I am sharing words with friends locally and abroad. Everyday I am continually flooded with revelation of the kingdom of God increasing in the earth. It is so easy for me to share insights of His increasing glory and then move on to the next thing. I certainly believe in the necessity of moving on from one thought, one understanding to the next. However, I realize that there are many of you who do not get the opportunity to read or listen in on many of our encounters or conversations that take place on weekly basis. So I am inserting this article to bring many of you up to date as to what God has been showing me about a universal authority that many of God’s people are entering into in this hour. Now I know this may be somewhat of an oxymoron in light of all the chaotic activity that is going on in our nation, let alone our own city. In our city of Yakima there have been acts of violence that are most disturbing. Since 2008 things have taken a turn for the worse. In 2009 there were 37 suicides, most of which have been middle aged, not to mention 24 gang related murders. Thus far, there have been 15 suicides for 2010 and approximately 10 documented gang related murders. I have lived here long enough to watch the cycle of events unfold over the last 25 plus years. During those years, in my going and coming, I have seen this land at its best and at its worst. I have spent my share of years on the streets; in the highways and byways. I have watched the Lord perform amazing works through His people. In my next article I am going to share with you what I believe is about to happen in this city and other cities across our nation. In the mean time, I want to talk to you about the power to inspire the universe.

“Praise the LORD from the heavens; Praise Him in the heights! Praise Him, all His angels; Praise Him, all His hosts! Praise Him, sun and moon; Praise Him, all you stars of light! Praise Him, you heavens of heavens, and you waters above the heavens! Praise the LORD from the earth, You great sea creatures and all the depths; Fire and hail, snow and clouds; Stormy wind, fulfilling His word; Mountains and all hills; Fruitful trees and all cedars; Beasts and all cattle; Creeping things and flying fowl; Kings of the earth and all peoples; Princes and all judges of the earth; Both young men and maidens; Old men and children.” (Ps 148 1-4, 7-12)

These passages of scripture are absolutely astonishing. David is encouraging all of creation to praise the Lord. How can this be? Outside of mankind, creation is not aware of itself. It is not as if the sun and moon are on the verge of fizzling out so they need to be encouraged to keep shining, and yet, the songs of David are encouraging all of creation to shine; to praise their creator. Undoubtedly these praises from David were having an affect on creation, and this is what creation longs for. It has always longed for the sons of God to manifest their true kingdom form in the earth. When God created the first man and placed him in a glorious garden of endless beauty, He told him to tend and keep it. (Gen 2:15) Much of our conception of a garden is one that requires some water and a whole lot of weeding. This was not the kind of tending and keeping that was needed in the Genesis era. That kind of ruthless toiling did not come into play until after the initial act of disobedience. (Gen 3:18-19) The caring of Eden, in the beginning, came through the sound of man’s words, his touch, and the glory of God on his life. This was the same type of care that man received from the Lord while living in a land of perfect peace.

“And they heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day…(Gen 3:8)

In the Eden zone, man was blessed with the continual sound of the Lord. There is no doubt that, in the beginning, humanity was  being lovingly cultivated by the word; by the breath of God.

In the beginning was the Word , and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God.  All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. (John 1:1-3)

When David worshiped and sang his praises, his words, his sound released a powerful force of heaven into the earth. David was exercising his kingdom authority. In the praises of David was the ability to inspire all of creation to continue giving praises unto the Lord. He inspired the heavens, the angels, the sun and moon, the stars, and the waters below and heavens above. This is amazing! David knew what it was like to have true spiritual dominion in the earth. When is the last time you worshiped the Lord and during that time of worship inspired all of creation to fulfill its ordained purpose in life? This is a wonderful insight to global inspiration. It is the key to having dominion over much of the negative  forces that cause so much havoc in the earth. The so called “mother nature” does not have a will of its own. It was created to give praises and glory to the Lord. I know this might sound a bit too new age for many of you reading this, but it is time for the people of God to operate supernaturally in every field of planet earth.  All of creation is responding to our praises. All of creation is inspired by our words of encouragement to maintain its designed purpose in life. So find a tree and give it a big hug. (Just kidding) Well, kind of.

We are encouraged to do as David did and say to the sun and moon, “Give praises to your creator! Shine as you have never shone before! Come on stars, be brilliant today!" Let the whole earth know that your creator is the master of the universe! How outrageous is that!? If we can begin to see this kind of encouraging influence that God has given to us, then we can affect all of creation in ways that are unimaginable. Recently I shared a prophetic word with a friend about his musical ability to influence all of creation with the sound that God had given to him. I said, “Randy, every time I see you I see this incredible realm of influence on your life to supernaturally inspire the creation of God. I believe the sound of heaven in you has the power to literally captivate every creature in the earth.” His eyes widened with sudden realization. He said, “Not too long ago my wife and I were sitting out on our porch. While I was playing my guitar a bird came and landed on the head of my instrument. As I continued to play we both stared in amazement at this astounding event. The bird momentairly sat there as if it was  being captivated by what was being played.” As Randy continued to share his amazing story, I begin to see all of creation responding to the manifestation of the sons of God in the earth in the most profound way.

In the Psalms of David, he shares some more astounding insight as to the true nature of our dominion over the entire earth.

“When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have ordained, What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? For You have made him a little lower than the angels, And You have crowned him with glory and honor. You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands…”(Ps 8:3-6)

At first David is overwhelmed by the incredible vastness of God’s creative power, so much so, that it causes him to wonder how God could have ever been mindful of mankind. He raises the question as to why God would even take the time to make Himself known to the son of man in light of His universal handiwork. David then enters into a beautiful revelation. He sees that the order of man is just a little lower than the angels. This word “angels” in its original Hebrew text is “Elohim” which means "God." It implies that the mindfulness of God toward humanity was just a little lower than Himself. This is undoubtedly a much clearer picture of what it means to be created in the image and likeness of God. It is noted that such mindfulness is crowned with glory and honor. David’s final summary of man in this particular passage is concluded by recognizing the dominion that God has given to us over the works of His hands. Wow! What a glorious revelation of God’s true intentions toward us in the kingdom of God. It is no wonder that the earth groans for the full awakening of the body of Christ in the earth. All of creation is eager to respond to the sound of heaven in us.

You can expect, that in the near future, we will start witnessing extraordinary activities within creation. This is more than simply experiencing the beauty and sound of nature while walking through the park. I’m talking about the kind of activity where nature itself begins to respond to the glorious spirit of God working in us. All of creation is literally beginning to move to the rhythm of eternity that is currently flowing out of our bellies. This eternal realm of the spirit is causing all of life to act in ways it has never acted before. Recently, while I was driving to a meeting being held at the Healing Rooms in Spokane Washington, I saw an extremely large and bright rainbow in the sky. From my viewpoint the rainbow appeared to be vertical like the colored spectrum of bars on a television. Then something unusual caught my eye. The single barred rainbow was so bright that it began to reflect itself many times over. Now I have seen a double rainbow, even a quadruple rainbow, but I had never seen an octuple rainbow. In other words, there were at least eight single bars that were reflecting all the spectrums of a normal rainbow, the center rainbow being the most evident. In that moment I had a revelation of how the brightness of the Lord is multiplied many times over because of His radiant glory.

The apostle Paul describes it like this,

“And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.” (2Cor 3:18)

Hindering veils to this radiant glory have continued for many years, but are declining more and more everyday. These veils are as close as our own thoughts. The removal of a veil is activated by the revelation of another realm of glory which comes through the transformation of the mind. Each transformation leads us into an increasing glory that enables us to be more like Him; all of which comes from the Spirit of the Lord. Thus the power of reflecting the glory of the Lord is revealed exponentially.
The unveiled face represents the passing of one glory to the next. The scriptures prior to verse 18 speaks of a veil that was over the face of Moses so the people could not see what was passing away. So what was passing away? The glory of Moses, which was a ministry of death. (2Cor 3:7-11) What was glorious then is not glorious today. It is amazing how the glory of God is viewed differently throughout history. In the days of Moses the glory of the Lord was very deadly. Paul describes it as a “ministry of death written and engraved on stones.” (2Cor 3:7) This period of glory was a ministry of condemnation for the purpose of preservation. This is why the law is referred to as a “tutor to Christ; a tutor of justification by faith.” But once faith came we were brought out of the auspice of that particular ream of glory. (Gal 3:24-25)
Most of Judaism does not recognize the vanishing of the glory of the Law as a means of life.  Paul describes a remaining veil that keeps a people from seeing a new dispensation of glory. (2Cor 3:14) The point I am trying to make is this, we are still advancing; still increasing in glory. We are still being further clothed with the visible signs of immortality; (2Cor 5:4) thus the revelation of increasing wonders above and signs and below. All of creation recognizes and responds to our continual immortal progression. The more glorious we become, the greater the affect we have in the earth as it is in heaven.  The entire universe is inspired by our spiritual maturation. We must cast off the veils of society and culture that prevent us from seeing our true form in the Spirit. It is time to see beyond the kingdom of the church and enter into the kingdom of God, the righteousness of God, the peace of God, the joy of the Lord; so deeply that our point of entry is no longer visible. These truly are the days when we are aspiring to inspire the entire universe.
